“Southwestern decor and Mexican music add rich atmosphere as you look out the windows at the surrounding mountains. Mexican food entrees include Rellenos, Flautas, Chimichangas, Burritos and Enchiladas served six ways. Each dinner comes with chips & salsa, choice of salad or tostada, refried beans and tomal en elote (corn casserole). The Adobe Inn also has excellent Margaritas and a large selection of Mexican beers.”

Our handmade Salsa is very popular so yes, you can get some for Take Out. We use organic cornmeal in our Corn Casserole (also popular). Red chilies come from Tumatacari, Arizona, and green chilies are from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Anasazi beans are used for the frijoles, which are from Dove Creek, Colorado.
